Non-Refundable Fees

Once a manuscript is accepted, the Article Processing Charge (APC) is completely non-refundable.

APC cannot be refunded under any circumstance because editorial work, review, allocation of DOI, and technical processes begin immediately.

Duplicate Payment Refund

If an author accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded after verification. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Payment Failure Issues

If any amount is deducted from the author's account due to a technical failure, the refund will be processed automatically by the payment gateway's system.

The journal is not responsible for such automatic refunds or delays.

No Refund for Withdrawal

If the author withdraws the manuscript at any stage, no refund will be provided for the APC.
