Author Guidelines

We welcome researchers from all scientific disciplines to submit their work to International Journal of Clinical and Pharmaceutical Innovations (IJCPI). The journal publishes high-quality original research articles, reviews, mini-reviews, short communications, and notes in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences, including but not limited to Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutics, Biopharmaceutics, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical/Medicinal Chemistry, Computational Chemistry and Molecular Drug Design, Pharmacognosy, Phytochemistry, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacy Practice, Clinical and Hospital Pharmacy, Cell Biology, Genomics, Proteomics, Pharmacogenomics, Bioinformatics, and Biotechnology relevant to pharmaceuticals.

All submissions undergo prompt peer review, and high-quality manuscripts (not previously published and not under consideration elsewhere) are published without delay.

Manuscript Preparation

  • File Format: Manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word. Figures and images must be inserted at the position where they should appear in the final publication.
  • Language: English.
  • Page Setup: A4 size, single-spaced, 1-inch margins.

Structure of Manuscript

  1. Title Page
    • Title in bold, title case, font size 14.
    • Author names in uppercase, font size 12.
    • Full postal addresses in lowercase.
    • Corresponding author marked with an asterisk (*) and a functional email address provided.
  2. Abstract
    • Begins on a new page.
    • 150–250 words summarizing the study concisely.
  3. Keywords – Provide 4–6 relevant keywords immediately after the abstract.
  4. Introduction – Brief background, literature review, and research objectives.
  5. Materials and Methods – Describe materials, experimental site, year, and methods used for data collection concisely.
  6. Results and Discussion – Present findings with tables, figures, and images. Discuss in context of objectives.
  7. Conclusion – Summarize the key findings and implications.
  8. Acknowledgements – Optional section to credit contributions and funding.
  9. References – Number references in the order cited (not alphabetically). Use superscript Arabic numerals in text, tables, and figure legends.

Tables and Figures

  • Insert tables and figures in text at appropriate positions.
  • Use MS Word table format.
  • Tables should have horizontal lines separating rows; avoid vertical lines.
  • Number tables consecutively in Arabic numerals, with a brief title in capital letters.
  • Figures should be clear and numbered consecutively.
  • Units and symbols should follow IUPAC recommendations.

Short Communications

  • Up to 10 pages in length.
  • Merge Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion into a continuous text.
  • Preferably 3–4 illustrations.

Review Articles

  • Length: 15–30 pages.
  • Should comprehensively cover recent literature and be authored by experts in the field.

Copyright and Permissions

  • Manuscripts must not have been published elsewhere or under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors will sign a copyright transfer form before publication.

Ethical Considerations

  • Studies involving humans or animals must mention approval from the relevant Ethics Committee or Institutional Review Board.
  • Human research must include a notarized approval letter.

Conflicts of Interest

  • All authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

Publication Charges

Publication charges are necessary to support open-access publishing. They cover editorial workflow, production, and long-term online hosting, ensuring permanent unrestricted access to all published articles.

  • Indian authors: 1,200 INR per article (Original Research Papers, Short Communications, Review Papers, Mini-Review Papers, Systematic Reviews, Case Reports/Case Studies, Letter to the Editor).
  • Foreign authors: 50 USD per article (Original Research Papers, Short Communications, Review Papers, Mini-Review Papers, Systematic Reviews, Case Reports/Case Studies, Letter to the Editor).

All charges are applicable according to the rates on the date of manuscript submission.
