Editorial Board Member Guidelines

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the journal maintains high scientific and ethical standards.
  • Provide guidance on journal policies, scope, and strategic direction.
  • Evaluate manuscripts and recommend suitable reviewers in their area of expertise.
  • Maintain confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest.
  • Advise on special issues, thematic content, and emerging trends.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated expertise in the relevant research area.
  • Minimum eight years of academic or research experience.
  • At least ten publications in indexed journals within their field.
  • Enthusiasm for participating in journal management activities.
  • Editorial board membership is reviewed and updated annually.

Ethical Standards

  • Uphold integrity, transparency, and fairness in all editorial decisions.
  • Report any suspected ethical violations, including plagiarism or duplicate submissions.

Reviewer Guidelines

Role of Reviewers

  • Critically evaluate manuscripts for originality, clarity, scientific accuracy, and adherence to journal guidelines.
  • Provide constructive, detailed, and unbiased feedback to improve the manuscript.
  • Identify any ethical concerns, including plagiarism, data fabrication, or conflicts of interest.

Selection Criteria

  • Demonstrated expertise in the relevant research area.
  • Minimum five years of academic or research experience.
  • At least three publications in indexed journals within their field.
  • Proven record of quality and timely manuscript evaluations.
  • Reviewer list is maintained and updated regularly.

Confidentiality and Ethics

  • Treat all manuscripts under review as confidential.
  • Do not share, discuss, or use the manuscript content outside the review process.
  • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest and decline review if impartial evaluation cannot be maintained.
  • Provide professional, respectful, and objective feedback.
